Limited and normal accommodation will be available in the University with a nominal charge of 100/- per day in the University Hostels.There may be other places arranged outside the university for students on 100/- per day basis.
However, Accommodation in hotels and guest houses (including the university guest house) may be booked on request, against an advance full payment. Hotels are located within 2 Kms from the venue and the charges are about INR 1000/- per night for deluxe rooms, 700 for semi deluxe rooms and 400 for normal rooms per day and sharing basis. Please plan your travel keeping in view of the conference schedule.
You must inform us latest by February 05, 2009 for any advance hotel reservations. If you want the accomodation to be managed by us then appropriate payments must be made with the registration payment depending upon the number of days of your stay and the type of stay( Deluxe, Semi Deluxe,normal or hostel).
However, Conference organizers are not obliged to provide accomodation even if you are ready to make the payments. You are free to make your own arrangements
